In Bavaro and Punta Cana, almost the entire coastline is occupied bythe hotels. And only a very small part of the coastal zone is given to residential complexes. One of such complexes is Stanza Mare.

This residence is located in the very tourist center of Bavaro. From here you can walk to shops, restaurants and bars. A casino is also being built nearby. But, despite this, in the evenings it is very quiet since the loud music from nightlife does not reach Stanza Mare.

The residence contains a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a barbecue area, a cafe-bar (not included), and, of course, a beautiful, wide, snow-white private beach with comfortable soft loungers and gazebos. Stanze Mare consists of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All with spacious balconies or terraces and all are facing the pool. We consider this to be one of the best beachfront complexes in all Bavaro and Punta Cana.
