Areas of Bavaro - Punta Cana


Our company is primarily engaged in real estate in the areas of Punta Cana and Bavaro. There are many different residences here - from luxury complexes with a private beach to modest small areas dominated by inexpensive economy class real estate. Punta Cana is a small town very close to the airport. Punta Cana Village is the name of the residence directly opposite the airport. This complex has comfortable high class apartments and private villas. The cost of buying an apartment in Punta Cana Village is from 90 thousand dollars, the cost of villas is from 280 thousand. Renting an apartment from $ 750, renting private villas from $ 2000 per month (long term rental).

Not far from Punta Cana Village there's a little town called Veron (pronounced Beron), where you can find the residences such as Serena Village, Ciudad del Sol and the new Ciudad Caracoli. Veron, is home to mainly local people who work in Bavaro and Punta Cana areas. Most with a small income, it is not very safe and not very neat. For this reason we would recommend buying real estate there for investment only. Of all the residences mentioned above Ciudad Caracoli is best to live.

And then begins the Bavaro area, where there are many different residences and complexes, luxury expensive, middle and economy class. The main and most popular reasidencial areas in Bavaro are:

  • BIBIJUAGUA, close proximity to the beach
  • IFA VILLAS BAVARO, closed gated community with acces to the beach
  • COSTA BAVARO, closed gated community
  • COCOTAL, closed gated community on a Golf Course, great for families
  • EL CORTESITO, not far to the beach
  • LOS CORALES, proximity to the beach and local restaurants


All these areas are well centered and there is always high demands. Apartments in these areas start at $ 75,000.
