Sub Rental (Sublease)
We offer you the option of servicing your property by subleasing it. It's what we call a "Guaranteed Rent". It doesn't matter if we were able to rent your property or not, we pay you a pre-agreed amount every month. It is also possible to discuss the option when you come for a certain period, and the rest of the time we rent out your apartment or house. No risks and headaches for you.
This option is very convenient, since you can come to rest in your apartment in Punta Cana, and rent it out the rest of the time thus making a profit.
